LATi initiated and ran a customer case study project in partnership with the School of Management at the University Leicester.

The project aimed to produce marketing material that would be useful and valuable to LATI members and involve university MBA students in the process – giving them the opportunity to learn how to interview end-clients, write engaging customer references, and project manage the entire process.

Also known as customer stories or success stories, case studies are the most powerful and versatile marketing tool a company can produce. They can be used in press releases, as part of a customer information pack, in proposals and tenders, in presentations, and online.

LATi aims to run similar projects in future, giving MA and MBA level students from local universities the opportunity work with local businesses and gain practical experience. And for LATi members to access useful business resources.
